Now your business can have the same advantages enjoyed by larger companies with in-house counsel, and you can have counsel available to answer the questions and address legal issues without worrying about the clock running.
This program can save you thousands of dollars in litigation expenses. By having a contract reviewed by an attorney, or having a consultation regarding an issue before you take action can avoid expensive problems down the road.
I am committed to aiding my clients in resolving their legal problems, but my overriding goal is to know my client's business and help them prevent problems from arising. With this program, unlike many other Corporate Counsel / Retainer Programs, your business will have access an experienced attorney; not a junior associate or a paralegal. You can customize this Corporate Counsel / Retainer Program to meet your specific needs by selecting the level of service that is right for your business. At the same time your business will take advantage of hourly rates that are below my normal rates.
